Introduction
In production since 1970, Revello piston electro-pumps are manufactured of cast, which gives them great sturdiness and long life, throttle reverse gear and wide spaces facilitate the passage not only of the liquids but also musts, grapes without stalks, dregs, purée. The long stroke and low number of piston shots allow soft wine racking, no heating of the transferred product, problem-free dry running, no problems for racking of wines with solid bodies in suspension, little maintenance.
The body of the pumps and all parts in contact with the liquid are of stainless steel, which solves the problem of metal release. To avoid liquid stagnation in the machine, it is advisable to perform a washing at the end of the working day.

Pump body manufactured of cast AISI 316 stainless steel.

Articulated trolley with four rubber-tyred wheels for easy transport.

Reducer with helical gears working in an oil bath guarantees outmost noiselessness.

Piston with two hoods of special rubber.

Flow inversion is obtained by activating the appropriate lever without removing the pipes.

The manostat allows automatic start/stop motor.

Drive operated through a three-phase two-speed electrical motor through trapezoid belts.

The reverse flow valve and all parts in contact with the wine are made of stainless steel.

The pumps are self-priming to a dept of 9 m under the level of the pump and reach a working pressure of 4 atm.

The electrical system complying with the EC standards is equipped with 24V transformer; two thermal switches protect the motor from any tension rush or exceeding absorptions.

The pumps can be equipped with motors with inverter that allows variable delivery.

On demand the pumps can be equipped also with a radio control for switch-on, switch-off and speed change.
